My weight seems to be stable at 117 now, which feels good to me. I make a simpler green smoothie now in the morning with just spinach, banana, almond milk, and cinnamon spice. Also it gets easier the longer you do it. I remember how hard it was to change and learn new foods and recipes, but now it feels completely normal to me. I also do not have much trouble in restaurants and typically, they will adjust a recipe for me to make it vegan, I just have to ask. Good luck with your healthy eating efforts!
